Condescending. I feel like proceedure was rushed, I was put under for wisdom teeth extraction. Still have difficulty opening my mouth I feel like much trauma was caused to my jaw. Recovery room is a joke. They don't use a wheel chair to move you after you wake up from sedation. One of the assistants about let me walk down stairs...

I was referred to Dr. Hansen to have my four wisdoms removed (3 impacted/1 erupted). I could have done it 10 years ago but thanks to pediatric orthodontics I never had any issues, so I was never pushed to get them out until now. My wife had hers pulled by Dr. Hansen 4 months ago and was very happy. She said he was kind, professional, informative, and most importantly, quick! Went to get my lower right wisdom tooth out, and he made sure I stayed out of pain, even though it meant giving me an extra shot in the middle of the procedure. I am prone to passing out over stuff like this, and right as I reached the reception desk I hit the floor. Dr. Hansen and his assistant came running down the hall and literally carried me, barely conscious, back to the room to lay down. They gave me an oxygen mask and some sugar tabs and had me stay until I got a ride home. They seemed very concerned for my wellbeing... read more

Dr Hansen was extremely rude to me and my mother, he talks down to patients and acts very pompous saying "I was on the cover of this magazine" Who cares? Nobody. I'll never use him again.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Hansen to have 4 teeth extracted, she is in the process of getting braces. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but other places could not get her in soon enough. I was able to get her an appointment within a few days. My only issue was the wait time in the office, it was over 30 minutes after her scheduled time before we went back. Once we got back the assistants were friendly as well, working quickly to get her prepared. Her records were out and ready, the Dr verified what ... read more

I had a tooth extracted because of a failed root canal. I can't speak highly enought of the procedure. I was really dreading it and Dr. Hansen made it easy. He talked me though the entire procedure and answered all concerns. If you need oral surgery, he's the doctor to choose.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled and the doctor did a good job but his two assistants were horrible! They were rude, unhelpful, and talked about what a pain in the ass my child was in their break room loud enough for her to hear. The other doctors had wonderful assistants that took over my daughters care since she obviously wasn't getting it. It's a shame that the doctor would allow this behavior towards his patients. I will never recommend this treatment to anyone else.

Dental extraction began before anethestic had time to take effect. When my child complained he implied that she was wimpy and neurotic. My kid is an athelete and has demonstrated many times she is not wimpy! Neurosis resolved with tooth extraction!
