I had an amazing experience with Arnold, Vero, and the entire Hansen Fontana team. They truly take excellent care of their clients, making the whole process feel comfortable and personalized. Horrible service especially for the amount of money you pay for a hair system. HORRIBLE service. This was my first system and was not sure what to expect. I didn’t get anything I asked for while I was being told that my system contained all the solutions I need.They rushed me at every turn and now I am living with a hair cut and color that I was told they’d change for me anytime I needed to and ghosted me.

Nice Location and flexible scheduling. I went for a wig and had high hopes of getting a real quality item that would make a big difference. We tried but it didnt work out. I was uncomfortable with the high pressure manipulative style sales tactics.
