CONSISTENTLY keep me 45 minutes past my appointment time before they even call me back but will refuse to see you if you're even 5 minutes late. The absolute worst service in woodland.
This place is horrible. Absolutely no communication with the staff and it makes the Drs look like they are not doing their job. Front office needs some serious training with communicating with the back office for patient needs. It should not take an hour to call the pharmacy or get a signature.
There is a serious lack of communication with some of the people working here. They tell you one thing on the phone and something totally different when you get here. The new office is better, but need new front desk people.
