Every one on the staff was extremely helpful, and helped me along the whole process when I totaled my car! They were super understanding, and willing to help every time I came in or called! If I’m ever involved in another accident, I will continue to use Gerber Collision! They appraised my vehicle right when it got to them, with it being totaled that was very helpful because I was able to get everything set with insurance very quickly, making it super easy to get in my new vehicle quickly! These guys are amazing!! Their customer service is excellent in every way. Very professional over the phone, in person and through email. I was very excited at the quality of the work and how fast they completed it. I dropped my vehicle off at 1pm and it was completed by 4pm the next day and of course their work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass!!

So I got in an accident in January 3rd, they couldn't get me in until March 21... because car was still driveable. So March 21 comes around, they tell me if I can get in early they will start right on it. Nope didn't get a message saying the started later in the day on the 22nd. They told me my car would be done 4/5. Which was great I had a trip planned for Chicago 4/6. They tell me for 2wks my cars going to be ready 4/5. They call me 4/5 saying something about a wrong bumper piece was ordered. Tell me my car won't be ready ... read more

Dropped my car off on March 1st with expectations to receive it back the 15th. They ordered the wrong grille and it arrived in the 13th. Realized it was wrong but didn’t order the correct one until the 21st and decided that it was fine to ship it USPS instead of some other carrier with more urgency. Finally picked it up yesterday on March 29th. It is beautifully repaired so top notch body/paint guys but the customer experience was horrific. If it wasn’t for the body work it would be a 1*.
