I have been coming here for over a year and a half now. A member of my family has had a lot of trauma with dentists and was anxious before coming to a first appointment. Everyone here has been extremely kind and patient, and definitely mindful of the anxiety surrounding dental work. We met with a hygienist and the dentist we would be seeing, as well as got a little tour of the building and the room we would be in. Dr Hansen was great working with my son!! He identified the problem and took care of it. And offered a solution to another concern we had. His office staff was very friendly and professional!! Thank you for taking care of my son!!
First off, dental assistants are great. My problem is the cost and dentist. I have insurance (delta dental) and have had one cavity ever. Normally I walk out the door paying $0. With this place (in network) I walked out the door paying $160 of the $310 they charged overall. The insurance covered all the charges, but not to 100% as usual. This place overcharges for every 'service'. Needless to say I will see another dentist for now on.
