I had an extruded disc in my low back so bad it was nearly bone on bone. Even after physical therapy I was in constant pain, I was still having trouble walking, and my doctor told me Id likely need steroid shots because the disc was basically destroyed. After doing some research I decided to try Rhino and Im so glad I did. I only have periodic flare ups now and the disc has healed enough to put a little space between the bones again.
