Took the entire day to tell me if the bank approved me or not. I literally had to call constantly to get some type of answer just to get an answer right before they close. Please don’t purchase a vehicle here. If you want fast and real results you better off going to CarMax
I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership however Alex was very professional. He worked with me to get all information on the vehicle and was open and honest about the issues it had even providing a quote they got to get the repair done. Thank you to Alex for being honest.
The Hansen Brothers are the biggest crooks in the automotive business.When they had the Ford dealership in Dickson,Tn they were the biggest bunch iof Lying sabatovers of Ford vehicles and parts.They did their best to try and ruin our 2016 Ford Escape.Never trust them.They finally were removed from the dealership in Dickson,however I will never set foot in that automotive dealership again.
