Hansen Brothers auto sales were great to deal with. I went with my niece and her new husband a bit over a month ago and worked with Alex on a very clean 2012 Acura RDX. Alex was excellent to deal with and very honest and upfront about everything. He was very helpful on finding a vehicle in our price range and was an excellent individual to deal with. Recently purchased a Volvo from Alex. He was a pleasure to work with. Transparent from start to finish. I mentioned a concern I had about a defect in the body and whether it would be possible to repair it - he went ahead and repaired it free of charge, so when I picked it up in was in like-new condition. Highly recommend.

Buyer beware!! This used car dealership buys cars at auction and then resells them. The cars have various issues with them which are not disclosed at sale. If you buy a car then and have a mechanical issue shortly afterwards, they WILL NOT help you or work with you. Do NOT trust any vehicle you buy from them will be reliable!!!
Took the entire day to tell me if the bank approved me or not. I literally had to call constantly to get some type of answer just to get an answer right before they close. Please don’t purchase a vehicle here. If you want fast and real results you better off going to CarMax
