RecommendedOur experience purchasing from Hansel's Carpets felt very personalized. We worked with Manny, who helped us select a few carpet options that we were able to take home to see in our space. Manny then came over to help us make final decisions and measure. They delivered and installed three weeks, and we love the carpet! Much better quality than the typical rugs or carpets you will find in larger retailers. A+ service and product!
I needed a stair runner and after a couple of visits to other stores, big and small, I chose Hansel’s. Manny and Mitzi are a pleasure to work with! They are helpful, knowledgeable and don’t try to rush you either in their store or when Manny comes to measure . Their prices are great compared to other small , non -chain stores. I will buy more carpet from them for my other rooms .
We used Hansel’s Carpet in our first home and were so happy with their work we decided to use them again the second time around. Mitzi was very knowledgeable and helpful when we were choosing our stair runner. They were able to do the work within two weeks in spite of the pandemic and the installation was perfectly done. We would definitely recommend them.
