Very personable! Answered all questions and showed concern.
I showed up at the Annex office at 1:34 for my 1:30 appointment. The intake window was closed. The person in the “Out” window was handling both intake and discharge functions. She saw me waiting but decided to take care or a patient who just walked up after seeing a physician. That took another 7 minutes. She then turned to me. She said it was 1:43 and I was late for my appointment and would have to be re-scheduled. She told me I should have been there at 1:15 for a 1:30 appointment. Dr Rao was waiting for us when the EKG was done very professional in his presentation of the results, clear about all procedures. Called personally to provide the end results. He seemed truly concerned on our behalf
