I showed up at the Annex office at 1:34 for my 1:30 appointment. The intake window was closed. The person in the “Out” window was handling both intake and discharge functions. She saw me waiting but decided to take care or a patient who just walked up after seeing a physician. That took another 7 minutes. She then turned to me.
