I purchased the CF3000 PL FU and Essentials IV FU from Hansbarger Home Solutions (Greenville, OH) on 7/29/20 which was delivered on 08/27/20. My husband also has a Serta and motion base which we purchased from Sellman's (Covington OH) several years ago. Sellman's hooked his new bed to our existing headboard. I assumed the same would occur when I purchased my bed. It did not. The delivery man said that the kit needed to do that was not included. WHY NOT? RecommendedI am honestly so glad I took the chance and went in to look around we needed a new refrigerator and from the second I met Tiffany she was so helpful and nice and funny, everything took me maybe 40 minutes and she had me set up and ready today and able to have the fridge to us by dinner time! If you need anything go see her!

My dryer broke this morning. I went in today after work they took care of me and sold me what I wanted and it's already here and hooked up! I appreciate great customer service and had it all the way through!!!!!!!!
Went in this morning, salesman at the front door ask to help us. I stated I would like to buy a dryer he asked for a price, I told him $350, he said ok and showed us one. I told him I will take it, back at his desk he said it's $400, I asked so did you lie to me? He said I guess I did. Happy ending (bought one at Sears for $300) 😋😋
I can't say enough good things about Hansbargers!! We purchased a new Washer and Dryer in March and just had a issue with it yesterday. I called and they were going to setup service for me and take care of everything. Had I purchased this from a big box store, I would be doing that on my own, just another reason to shop local!! Keep uo the great work Hansbargers!!
