Extremely poor care for patients who are in memory care, and extremely limited communication with family, whose love one has memory loss living in a private senior memory care facility. If you want your love one to receive excellence in care, DO NOT sign up with this group. Under their care makes the family feel their love one lives in a poor managed “nursing” without meticulous medical care. After displaying reprehensible bedside manner we fired them. In an extremely petty display of professional disrespect they cancelled our refills. Some respect for their oaths! We paid for the service of those being prescribed. We would like a refund.
If I could give negative stars I would- this place is so unprofessional and not helpful-
