I’ve been seeing Dr. Sander for 4-5 years after a referral from my PCP. I’ve had what I now know is autoimmune related skin issues since childhood, and during the decades long journey to the diagnoses, I’ve seen many of Austin’s well known dermatologists. Great Derm doc. in Austin Area
My review is not on Dr. Sander but rather the office personnel. I received a positive skin biopsy report from the nurse over the phone on a Friday. On Monday I called and left a message to please call me back as I had additional questions-I did not hear back from anyone. I called again on Thursday and was reassured that I would receive a call back that day but it didn't happen. I was to be referred to another Dr. for a Mohs procedure but have not heard anything from them either. Not a good way to treat your patients.
