바퀴 바람이 빠져서 갔는데 순서대로 봤어요. 토요일 아침이라 사람들이 많았어요. 그래도 매니저님인지 젊은 남자분이 차근차근 웃으면서 하시네요. 바람을 다 넣고 돈을 드리려고 했는데 펑크 때운게 아니라서 안받으시 더라구요. 엘에이 에서 처음으로 좋은 정비소 를 찼았네요.이제 그곳으로만 갈려구요. 고맙습니다
Han’s always offers excellent service and they are all so respectful. Today the mechanic noted an issue with my door and he fixed it free of charge. So nice that he was proactive. This is the kind of service you get here! I requested a transmission fluid change. It currently runs $175. I really trust the auto upkeep and repair work here and I’ve done it here before. oh, this place is great. I needed to take my car in for maintenance so I just brought my car over here, they did an all-around check, including brake pads inspection, tire check, etc. without me even asking and in the end all I needed was an oil change. I went in without an appointment on a Wednesday morning and there was no wait, just a few other customers waiting. They saw my car right away, and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes and they were all very friendly and straightforward without any tricky hidden fees!
My boyfriend got his battery changed here and they went above and beyond by putting coolant and more oil in his car. They’re super attentive and detail oriented. Amazing service!
Twice now this place has wrongly diagnosed my car. 2 years ago they said my water pump was cracked, took it to my mechanic back home, he said there’s nothing wrong with it. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time my car was overheating so I figured it was low on coolant and they quoted me $1,500 saying that I needed 6 new parts replaced for $750 and $650 for labor for a total of over $1,400 with tax.
