Had a great experience at Hanoverview Vet Hospital today with Dr. Yenser. Isis has an ear infection and, unfortunately, her allergies are in full swing very early this year. Dr. Yenser was patient, thorough and kind.
Thank you to the vets and staff for currently taking such good care of Daisy (and her worried cat-parents.) We were not being taken seriously at our previous vet, and Dr. Yenser helped Daisy right away last night. I also really appreciate the call from Dr. Ervin this morning. She took the time to speak to me, and explained things and helped me see what is on the horizon. We feel like she is in good hands as she is being hospitalized with your team, and getting the best care she can during this difficult time. Thank you!
