RecommendedStaff is awesome and even with Covid preventing me from going in with my sick dog, I felt he got the best care from Dr. Yenser and staff! I felt very comfortable with him in their capable and loving hands. Kathy S.
My regular vet was closed due to the snow and were able to get me in because of a cancellation less than an hour after I called. Everyone was so nice. I hated to not be able to go with him due to COVID protocols, but I was informed of what they were doing and very happy with the results.
This place has gone down hill since Dr Witiak left. They won’t even see my sick dog today. It used to be if you had a sick animal they would squeeze you in.
I had a very sick cat and they told me they couldn’t see her for weeks! I’ve been a customer there for a long time and that is unacceptable. They didn’t even give a reason.

We are so sorry if we did not communicate effectively. We were fully booked today but depending on other emergency calls we usually can see clients in emergency based. We tried to look you up in our system but can not find you. Please call the hospital and we can get you seen. If your cat was seen elsewhere please still reach out to us so that we can discuss your interaction with our staff.

We were recommended by a friend to this office and they did not disappoint. Alyssa was pleasant and made it easy to schedule an appointment. Dr Mosby and staff were wonderful with our dogs, including our newest adopted puppy. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and excellent care provided. I highly recommend them!
