Great place to live! Jasmine and Ania were, both, extremely helpful, courteous and professional. On my second day, I reported something to maintenance and went out to buy supplies for the apartment. Maintenance had been in the apartment and fixed the item before I had returned! Great staff!
Employees are nice and helpful, but nothing stays fixed. The parking garage gates are broken all the time, creates an environment for people who don’t live here to camp out in what should be restricted areas. The elevators are constantly out of service and take days to repairs. We’re paying for amenities that are unusable and have been for almost 1 year. I do not feel safe here due to the broken gates and increased homeless population. We pay for “luxury living” and this isn’t it. It is shocking that they let these problems ... read more

Living here for almost 2 years, and it’s been amazing! I recommend Tens on West to anyone wanting to live in the city!
As soon as you raise a request for maintenance, Irvin comes and helps us with everything we need. He was so helpful!
