RecommendedI am leaving this review because I love all of the staff that keeps this building operating. I am in my 3rd year living here, and am very happy to call this place home. This is a smaller, low pressure building when it comes to the amenities. Many afternoons I have the entire rooftop pool deck all to myself! Also, this place is in rice village so I walk to my dentist, haircut etc., and there are numerous restaurants and shopping all within 3 blocks from here. Stunning views from the rooftop pool. Expansive and bright floorplans. The concierge team is attentive and responsive. Nestled in the heart of Rive Village and walking distance to many shopping and dining options. It’s prefect for my family!

Hanover Southhampton is absolutely beautiful. Christy is my favorite and could not be sweeter. The pool and media room are amazing and never too busy. Everything is always clean/shiny which is so important during the COVID pandemic. Hanover Southwest is the best complex in town!
