I'll be honest, I love it here. I've been here for three months, and the only major complaint I have is that it took forever to get the garage gate fixed while people were having their cars broken into, and we still had to pay for "premium" parking. The gate's been fixed but sounds like it's on its last legs, and I'm praying that if/when it finally dies, Equity is either quick about replacing it, or we have our fees waived. From the outside, this apartment building looks beautiful and well-maintained, but once you live here, the problems quickly become clear. The garage entrance and hallways are often filled with an overwhelming stench that management has failed to resolve. The smell seems to come from a rodent problem, and at times it’s clear that animals have died inside the walls, leaving behind an odor that lingers for days and makes coming and going extremely unpleasant.
