I'll be honest, I love it here. I've been here for three months, and the only major complaint I have is that it took forever to get the garage gate fixed while people were having their cars broken into, and we still had to pay for "premium" parking. The gate's been fixed but sounds like it's on its last legs, and I'm praying that if/when it finally dies, Equity is either quick about replacing it, or we have our fees waived. From the outside, this apartment building looks beautiful and well-maintained, but once you live here, the problems quickly become clear. The garage entrance and hallways are often filled with an overwhelming stench that management has failed to resolve. The smell seems to come from a rodent problem, and at times it’s clear that animals have died inside the walls, leaving behind an odor that lingers for days and makes coming and going extremely unpleasant. LeDonna made our self-tour experience absolutely wonderful! She was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was ready and easy to navigate. Her attention to detail and welcoming attitude truly stood out and made the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
LaDonna and Jasmine are amazing! From the moment we walked in, they greeted me and my girlfriend with the best energy — friendly, professional, and just good vibes all around. We toured three apartments, but the very first one had us sold. We applied the same day and moved in just two days later! They made sure everything was smooth, and even the small fixes on our check-in list were handled right away. We absolutely love our new home at Axis at Shady Grove! Definitely would recommend.
I wanted to take the time to tell you how much I appreciate you updating Axis. The color design and carpet are very refreshing. Unfortunately when I took the picture it was the still the old carpet. Lol. I will update once my floor is completed, stay turn.
