Ive had three instances with this clinic and each one reminds me why i dont use this clinic. First time, we put our poodle down at their facility, they gave us her body.. no box, no blanket. Nothing. Just her lifeless body. Second time, we had our dog groomed through them. They cut her eye, without telling us. Bring her home, shes squinty.. eye running.. red. Mrs Louise, I am sorry you feel this way about our clinic. We do not keep boxes for our euthanasia’s, we do however bag up every body and wrap them in a sheet or blanket so you can safely transport them home without there being a mess in your car from bodily fluids. We do not have a groomer at our facility. There is a groomer in the building attached to us but they are not employed by Hanover Green, if you would like to take a matter up with them I am happy to provide their information. RecommendedI highly recommend Hanover Green veterinary clinic they were able to work me in for a same day appointment. I was able to drop off my cat to be seen and they called me when he was ready for pickup! Very friendly and welcoming staff! Thank you for taking care of our little Turkleton!

We have been going to Hanover Green Vet for years. They take care of all our furbabies. All the staff is very nice.
My Peanut had his first visit this Friday, we were referred by a long time customer Charity!! Everyone was so pleasant starting with the first call to make an appointment. I think we have found a new home. Thank you!!
Dr. Jesper helped our kitty through what seemed to be an impossible situation! All of the doctors and staff have taken excellent care of our furry friends. I especially like Caturday appointments and the calming towels.
What amazing people!!! I want to express my gratitude for the care they’re showing during the COVID-19 issues. They came up with a wonderful (but I’m sure very inconvenient for them)process to ensure their and my own safety. Well done! All 3 vets are extremely knowledgeable, pay attention to detail, and really have the animal's best interest at heart. I've been bringing cats to Dr.Creasy for years. And Dr. Corbin sees my cat that has extra catitude - she does a great job with her. The front desk staff is super friendly and very caring.
