Poor service, long waits, they lost my records! I would not suggest this family practice to anyone! It's always overcrowded, understaffed, and on my last visit there, I was informed that my children's medical records had been lost! Not only that, but the staff was rude about it too! I will never go back.
Docs Good - Staff is Pretty Bad, Though Kim Walker and Lee Blackburn are top-notch docs, but the nurses have serious attitude problems. The gals in the office are quite mediocre in their interactions with patients as well.
I hate this sorry excuse for a doctor's office. I hate this practice. They are understaffed and the staff they do have is incompetent. It's impossible to get anybody on the phone, I've stopped trying. Whenever I try to get the doctor to refill a prescription I have to leave a message on some anonymous person's voice mail that I never hear from until finally I have to go up there and raise a stink. They too charged me 5.00 a page to fill out a form and then lost the form TWICE. I won't even go into how they screwed up a presc... read more
