I like the practice but I wish they would return calls when calling in about meds. The last time they missed calling it in completely and appologized and this time it was the wrong prescription milligrams sent in to my pharmacy. Still no return call. Please bring in some better chairs in your room exam rooms. I fell from one as it slips and moves. Shouldn't be that hard or expensive to put new chairs in them. Thank you.
I went there yesterday and I felt a little rushed with my appointment. The doctor never introduced herself to me because I had never met her before, though. She was very good about listening to my concerns.
