Not very highly recommended. My girlfriend has been renting here on a 1-year lease since June of 2011. When she moved in, there were 2 windows with glass missing, this was in June of 2011. Paying $550+ a month for this 2 bedroom upstairs apartment, they have not found the time or money to fix these 2 windows 9 months later in March of 2012. Infact, they have not even placed order for the glass, yet! We cannot run the heat at night, because it never goes off. Once you find it it's a great location. Pretty hidden though but worth looking up. The staff in the office are so nice! I feel like I have new friends. There are a lot of older people and it's kinda cool to talk to them and they bake you stuff. Like having grandparents nearby. Surprising layout with lots of room for furniture. I wasn't sure when I first moved in because there was newer apartments, but I'm paying less, water's included, and I really like it. So does my dog.
What a PERFECT place to call HOME!! The staff is the best, always taking care of it residents. If you want a new place to call home Hanover Court Apartments is the place to live.
I love this place! The staff is absolutely out of this world!!! From the day I walked in until now, I have had very few reasons to call them. Then when I did, all my needs were met. From the application process to my move in date the folks answered all my questions and made this move very smooth for me. I cannot wait until my lease expires! While Bradbury Place LOOKS great on the outside, the management is toxic on the inside. Completely incompetent they have either given my apartment away or messed up my rent more than once. After they took my deposit and ran my credit they forgot to mention I was declined. They then gave away my apartment they were holding without telling me and when i called about moving in the main lady said "oh... didnt i call you' you were declined." I am a long term resident of Cherry Court Apartments (almost 20 years). I have always enjoyed my apartment. Many people have come and gone and many of us continue to live here. There have been only a few problems during my years and most have been handled in a timely manner, if that wasn't possible I was notified and kept up to date on progress.
