I moved into this complex managed by Keystone in 2008. I have been extremely happy with the management and staff overall. It is so refreshing to be with a management company who cares about their tenants.
I just rented an apartment from them in Van Nuys and cannot say enough nice things about my experience. They were kind and helpful and even tho my credit was so so, they worked with me. Thanks Keystone! Keep up the good work.
I currently reside in an apartment managed by Keystone and love it! They are very responsive to the tenants and maintenance is top notch! Thanks to Keystone and its staff for making my living situation exceptional!
Firstly I do not recommend this business at all. If I could give no stars I would. The property manager is deplorable. The One maintenance man they have does not fix anything and if he does it takes months. The apts are nice until you live in them. While i had the maintenance man fixing one issue and told him of another he had the nerve to tell me to put a ticket in. He would not fix it. My neighbor has black mold growing on her ceiling and water dripping and they will not fix it. They fix the apts up to appear in good shape... read more
Raised my rent without letting me know, then waited until the extra amount and late charges built up for over a year. Sent me an eviction notice that has incorrect information for "refusal to pay". How can I refuse to pay what I didn't know I owed?
This building was built 1976. It was horrible living here.their management sucks especially that lady is rrally annoying!! Im not recommending this place!believe me!you will regret living here!!
My daughter recently chose Cedarbrook Apartments because of them allowing pets. (In spite of reading negative reviews). Which will NOT happen again. There is a reason for those negative reviews and mine. So please read this before making a mistake that can ruin the next year of your life! Cedarbrooks has changed management/property managers multiple times, and in each instance nothing gets done. I've contacted the property managers about issues with the apartment (no screens in the windows, leaking kitchen sinks, patio needs repair) and nothing is ever fixed. The only things they take initiative on is when they think the apartment is damaged and require an inspection from you! The current property manager is not an easy person to work with. Not very highly recommended. My girlfriend has been renting here on a 1-year lease since June of 2011. When she moved in, there were 2 windows with glass missing, this was in June of 2011. Paying $550+ a month for this 2 bedroom upstairs apartment, they have not found the time or money to fix these 2 windows 9 months later in March of 2012. Infact, they have not even placed order for the glass, yet! We cannot run the heat at night, because it never goes off.
