I love the place. It is reasonable for the price. And the maintenance is good as they come right away. Rebecca is very helpful.

I have been trying to apply for an apartment with this property for a while. The last time there weren’t any units available but online it said that it was. Now I have been calling before I do the application because it would be a waste of my time if there aren’t any units available. The only problem is I can never get a hold of anyone. They never answer the phone. I can call every hour and I still get no one.

This is less amount but only people with income more than 3times the apartment rent can have one( not even 2.8). It does not allow guarantor to sign either. Forget it even if you can pay the rent but not having a sufficient income to get the apartment. It is very stressful and disappointing that people keep their strict rules like this.

This place will hype you up to tell you you were the proof then ask you what location you want to go to then they will call and say oh you got denied by corporate that is bad business if I was denied why would you be picking a location if you didn’t go through with the process you should not have asked me what location you should go through at both locations to see if both will go through then they don’t never pick the phone up or return your phone calls back
