Hanover Air is an excellent and very professional company. Our heat pump staring freezing up on Tuesday, 7/1. We try to deal with local businesses so I called Hanover. Kim was very professional and helpful. She originally set up an appointment for Thursday morning. She texted me Wednesday morning that she was able to squeeze us into the schedule. James, the technician, was knowledgeable, very professional, and helpful. He explained exactly what had happen to cause the problem and what had to be done to get our A/C back. He w... read more
Hanover Air has been excellent to work with. I’ve used Hanover Air for two properties now, and every time I have needed them, I have been impressed. The service technicians are very friendly and spend time showing me what is happening with our system. Kim in the office goes above and beyond to help address issues quickly. Will continue to use them in the future.
