I have a beautiful engagement ring from here. However I am a bit disappointed as of recently. Twice already I have had to get two stones repaired. Which is no problem as I'm aware the setting I have, this is common. However, I just had a stone repaired and already I see another is loose. I take excellent care of this ring and I would think that if it's been sent out already within the last 3 weeks this would not be happening right now.

Hi Erin. You have an absolutely beautiful ring which you should continue to wear and enjoy. Last month, when one of the pave set diamonds fell out, we replaced it at no charge, and returned it to you within a few days. We would not give it back to you without going over the entire ring and making sure that everything was secure.
