I cannot say enough nice things about my experience at Hannoush Jewelers! I visited the Emerald Square Mall location in Massachusetts and it was wonderful! My boyfriend and I had such a terrible experience at Zales and our sales rep at Hannoush made us forget all about it. Mirna was amazing! Many years ago my husband and I picked out the diamond and the setting. We told Albert we wanted the ring certified. We were paying 10,000 fir a ring we want to make sure we are getting what they say we are. He said it would take about a week or so to get it back and 3 days later I get the call that my ring was ready. I asked on the phone if it had already been certified and they wouldn’t answer that question, just said to come in and pick it up.
