Weird place and weird service.
I have been in the gold buying business for a long time, recently I wanted to sell some old jewelry I had and needed cash, when I called for a price quote over the phone I gave them the weight and 14kt etc, they told me they would give me $300 for it, which is about 30% of what the gold value actually is.
