I was in the one in the Meriden mall and one of the workers there I think dr name was Jordan was so rude to me and snubbed me beyond a doubt and I started crying she also walked by me four times without saying a word so I sat there looking like an idiot crying because she was so absolutely rude and mean. I was so upset the other staff in the mall noticed and felt so bad they took me upstairs to Kay Jewelers and they were amazing!
