Inside mitsuwa, ordering is on kiosk but u can ask questions from real person. Use the toast app, to earn points to get discounts. Ordered the anago tendon, fried nicely, plenty of rice to be full. Personally the eel was too lean and shrimp overcooked
My review location was changed to CURRY HOUSE. See my update for this. The wait time, when I was there was very long and no one came out to let us know they had cut the line about 10 people ahead. We had to go in and inquire. Signage needs to improve since the queue and wait timeto get in is loooong.
When traveling in Japan with my family, we stopped by a Hannosuke. This location is a refreshing reminder of that experience. The chain is something like a mall food court shop, but in my opinion, it is the best tempura for what it is. I enjoy shopping in the Mitsuwa after eating, and grab a Japanese drink before your food comes out! sometimes you need to hawk the tables for someone leaving but weekday afternoons are super chill.
The food is excellent,it is just disappointing that the rewards you earn are NEVER deducted from your bill. I have brought this issue up and was just told that the rewards are hit and miss and that there was no way to access it. The customer before me was having the same issue and was discussing it with the person working the counter.
