If I could give them -10 stars I would. If you don’t know about Hannigan Insurance Agency / The Hanover Insurance Group consider yourself blessed. They are the absolute worst companies that do not care about customers they’ve had for years on end. Just know if you pay on time for your insurance they will still lapse it and try to charge you $1000 more without warning or notice in the mail either. If I could give zero stars, I would. Over a six week period of time, we sent several emails and even talked to our agent by phone requesting a quote to add renter's insurance on my son's auto policy. My agent, Ross, never responded. Unfortunately, there was a fire at my son's apartment complex and my son is now stuck with the expenses because the agent didn't do his job. Needless to say, not very happy with this agency.
