The guy was very rude and didnt care about helping me at all. I went into their business for help and answers on getting a new garage door installed on our new garage/shed but the guy was absolutely not professional nor business like.
I needed an unusual overhead door for a poolhouse. The staff was very helpful in finding the right style door for my project. They installed in a timely manner and it looks great!
They do clean,fast, and amazing work. Would use again for sure!!!! Who knew a door could make so much difference
Three weeks ago I instant messaged Hannibal overhead door for an appointment. One week later someone contacted me. Asked all the questions I had previously addressed in the message and........nothing, twice now they have called shortly before they are interested in "being in the neighborhood." if you do not immediately respond, their pat reply is. "well we will try you next time we are in the neighborhood" WTF! So you think this a responsible way to handle service calls? DO NOT PATRONIZE. Find adults for your business needs
We used Hannibal Overhead Door twice and was completely happy with the workmanship, professionalism, and their ability to work us into their schedule quickly. Very happy customer!
