I've been here multiple times. Not sure why so many negative reviews. Check in on 38th St just west of Irving. Be sure to wear your ppe because they will take a pic of you wearing it. Ladies in the office are quick and efficient. Also very nice. Know your pu # and broker info. Super simple. I usually load at Gate 6 (Ross St just south of 38th. There may be a few trucks loading ahead of you here. Usually pull in 3 at a time. That is the only place there may be a wait. Otherwise they load pretty quickly once you get past the g... read more
Flatbed Pickup: You have to check in at gate 6. I circled it on the map. Make sure you are wearing hard hat/safety vest and know your broker company name or they won’t check you in. Park on the street, parking isn’t bad, the street isn’t super busy. Once checked in I was able to pull in right away My appt. Was at 2pm, arrived at 10:30am. Started getting loaded at 12:15pm, finished at 1:00pm. Wasnt allowed to secure till I got paperwork 1:15pm, weird rule. They are slow, but I also was very early.
