Every time I book an appointment, they are 15-30 minutes late. Service is excellent and I keep going back, but wish they were more punctual and respectful of clients time.
I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and today was my breaking point about ever coming back. Every time I come here, my appointment is never on time. Even when I come at 930am like I did today, they are still late for starting my appointment. I always show up 5 mins early and end up having to wait anywhere from 10-15 mins after my appointment time to finally get started. It’s super frustrating and honestly disrespectful to your clients. Wonderful salon! I came in to get tips done and mentioned that I will pick at my nails if they are not smooth, and the woman did a fantastic job getting them super smooth, even underneath! They look beautiful, too! Thank you :)
