Unfortunately I was very uncomfortable with my experience here. I communicated what I wanted several times and was not reassured, nor did I get what I came in for. I told the manicurist several times that she was actually HURTING my hands with the dip she applied and was ignored. At a certain point I was just trying not to cry to hurry up and get out. Price was not shared upfront. Will not be back.
Service is excellent and I keep going back, but wish they were more punctual... I book appointments and they're often running 15-20 minutes late.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and today was my breaking point about ever coming back. Every time I come here, my appointment is never on time. Even when I come at 930am like I did today, they are still late for starting my appointment.
