I took my 7month old in for his first appt here and we saw Dr Duchan who was absolutely fantastic. I’m a first time mom so I always have questions & she took her time with us. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt that all my questions where answered with confidence. The front desk staff was also very friendly making us feel welcomed. Our nurse was great. Dr. Alsahlani and all of the doctors in her practice (I've seen the majority) do a great job. I've never had a problem getting in when my daughter has been sick. They do try to keep you with the same doctor but if you need to see them quickly, you may see a different doctor. I've only had to wait a maximum of half an hour in the waiting room, which has only happened once. The doctors never make me feel rushed or stupid for asking questions and it's clear that everyone that works there loves kids. I recommend them to everyone... read more
Such a friendly office with great staff and caring knowledgeable doctors. We have moved since starting at their practice and still drive the 40 minutes to go see this group because they respect my choices as a parent. Their office is very kid friendly with amazingly decorated rooms; designated areas for sick children, well children, and newborns; a beautiful fish tank, a nursing room, and a "treasure chest" my toddler loves to visit on her way out!
Chose Serenity as our sons pediatricians and we could not be more happy with our decision! As new parents they make us feel so at ease and comfortable with them! They have a beautiful practice with amazing doctors & staff! Definitely recommend them to everyone!
We love Dr. Alsahlani so much that we followed her to her very own practice. She always makes us feel welcomed and important to her every time we visit. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on health concerns.
I originally picked a different pediatrician for my newborn girl - I took her there before Serenity where I realized I needed a new pediatrician quickly as he gave me bad advice. I called Serenity as recommended by my doula and they fit me in that morning. Dr. Asahlani was amazing - very knowledgeable with great bedside manner, and relieved the fears brought on by the original pediatrician the same morning. We are very glad we ended up at the office that day, and look forward to our followup.
My toddler and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Alsahlani. She was warm, kind and generous with her time. She engaged in a helpful conversation about my daughter's health and her future with genuine concern not judgement. I am so happy we found her, even my daughter didn't want to leave the office!!
My family loves Dr. Alsahlani and has followed her into her current practice at serenity pediatrics. We could not be more impressed with the quality of care and attention to detail she provides at every appointment. Her calm and friendly attitude helps my kids to feel safe and relaxed, and her ability to open opportunities (and take her time) to help my kids learn about their own health and wellness really sets her apart. We’re so happy to have her as our kids doctor!
At Serenity Pediatrics, my son always received the highest quality of care. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is a pleasant experience every time we visit. Dr. Alsahlani and Dr. Rice take the time to listen to our concerns. They share invaluable advice and as a result my son's health continues to thrive.
