I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing and heartbreaking for me. My hair has taken me over five years to grow, so it means a lot to me. Unfortunately, during my appointment, it was aggressively combed before being washed, even after I expressed that the comb wasn’t working with my hair texture. Ripped out my hair!!!! My hair is way shorter now compared to how it was before arriving at this shop. The lady was rude charging $170 to braid my natural hair is already ridiculous. The parts weren't even straight and very uneven. The daughter was in the shop and started yelling in my face because I started crying from the lady making fun of my hair. I've only been there twice and I always see 1 lady working there alone. That's the only reason I cut a star. Other than that, they're great and the lady is also very nice and patient. You can tell she likes her job.
Had mine and my sons hair cut done hear. She was very nice and patient when cutting hair for my two year old sib . Did a nice hair cut for me as well. Will be back again. And affordable hair cut as well
