My friends own a restaurant in ********, **. They had Hannah Solar install solar in 2017. Their system hasnt produced any electricity in 7 years and Hannah will not send anyone to fix it. I was asked to come take a look and see if I can help. It was quite literally the worst electrical work Ive ever seen. There were no permits pulled, there wasnt even an AC disconnect anywhere. Hannah solar did not pay me for services rendered. Hannah Solar owes me $17000. Hannah Solar will not respond to my phone calls or emails.
They sold us 15 solar panels and many did not work. After a year we went to *** ***** in NY for help. Hannah in Ga. did not answer my calls so we now had to go through *** ***** in NY and they got Hannah to come out but the problem wasn't fixed so *** ***** will sent someone out to do what Hannah is required to fix. Hannah told us they will not come out again as they are losing money. We are as our panels are not working as required. Do not do business with them...2021
