I am a long time Hannah member but I was not at all happy with how they treated us this time. Our old man dog had a cough that was quite concerning they made us wait for an appt for two weeks and then when we brought him for treatment they took X-rays and blood work and sent us home saying they would contact us once the dr looked at his X-rays and blood work. It took three days to get a diagnosis and that was because we kept calling and calling. I did not feel they took our dogs health and our concerns seriously.
Dr. Val and Joshua were both amazing. Dr. spent a good amount of time going over a lot of items and issues. Probably more than I have seen in the past. She asked a lot of questions and really seemed like she cared about Meaty and his well being. I would love to have her for every visit to the clinic. Joshua B. Has been at a few of our appointments. I have been a Hannah member for 14 years. They have taken very good care of my beagle mix. Lately we have been seeing Tan for acupuncture and he is taking the best care of my girl. She is an old lady now and the acupuncture has really helped with her mobility. She is running around like a pup! I’m so happy Hannah offers this service and that Tan is so kind and caring.
I have 3 dogs who have been going to Hannah. One has been a member for 13 years. For 13 years, they have taken care of us and have helped us navigate everything from viruses to emergency surgeries to routine wellness. Our first dog has had quite the ride and is still going strong despite a liver disease diagnosis. Recently I had received care from Logan and Tan separately and both did great with my dogs and provided great dialogue for next steps.
