Hannah O’Donoghue was our realtor and we had an amazing experience with her. We viewed 5-6 homes. We didn’t have to say a word about them and she immediately knew what our vibe was and if it was the right fit or not. She’s a very enjoyable person to be around and a top-notch agent to work with. Hannah is truly the best! We just closed on our home with her this week and the process was so fun and completely painless. We’re first time home buyers and she guided us through each step and answered any questions we had. We were working on a quick timeline, and she went above and beyond to get us into showings early in the morning and late at night sometimes as quickly as the same day we asked! We had the best time with her and would recommend her to everyone :)
Hannah was just wonderful to work with. She not only responded quick to show us homes we were interested in but she answered all of our questions thoroughly so that we understood the steps making it a far less stressful process. She worked hard once the negotiations began and offered suggests when we asked for guidance. I would highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a new home!
Hannah is the most wonderful agent to work with. She is super organized, very knowledgeable about the market and super prompt with answering any questions we had / communicating with the other agent. We had moved cross country and couldn't be there in person but she went above and beyond filming the spaces we were interested in and speaking to the layout so we knew what we were getting. 1000% recommend her!
