I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Dr. Raasch didn’t answer a single question or explain anything without sounding condescending and rude. She walked out of the appointment in the middle of asking questions, one question was answered and before asking the second simple question of “any advice on what to try?” she literally got up and slowly walked out of the room. Dr, Raasch at Billings Clinic,, Bozeman is quick to judge; asks questions, then does not wait for answers; and questioned the care of my primary doctor. The cardiology clinic nurse is fantastic.
Dr Raasch is great! She’s personable, professional and an extremely knowledgeable cardiologist. So happy that I chose her and Billings Clinic Of Bozeman. I’ve had several diagnostic procedures which she utilized to accurately diagnose my issue and recommend helpful therapy. Highly recommend Dr Raasch and her staff if you want top notch care administered by friendly people.
I recently called Bozeman health. It was going to be a 2 month wait and needed to see a GP prior to cardiologist seeing me. I needed to be “referred”. I then called Billings Clinic Bozeman. I was able to see Dr. Raasch quickly I assume sue to the fact that the clinic is newer and so is Dr. Raasch. Dr. Raasch is a provider with a huge ego who is not willing to help her patients. I came to her after moving to Bozeman, and she would not prescribe me the medication that helps my condition even though she admitted that I've tried everything else, that it helps me and there are no other options. I was seen by subject matter experts at the Mayo clinic at my previous location who were willing to prescribe me this medication, yet she would not. I have been very pleased with the manner in which Dr. Raasch has addressed my medical conditions. She is very open and direct and she has been very accommodating. She listens and is empathetic. She explains her plans and the reasons for her actions. At every consultation she provides a hand written list of observations and directions. She is thorough and never makes me feel rushed For my personality I could not have a better caregiver.
She is an alarmist with tunnel vision who is too quick to recommend expensive tests.
Dr. Raasch is very good at listening. She is a great at explaining your situation and treatment plan. She is competent and has a nice manner. She is kind and caring and I immediately was so happy I found such an excellent cardiologist. Her office staff is helpful and the waiting room at the Salt Lake Clinic is clean, spacious and has nice views!
