I called in an anti-seizure medication refill before the pharmacy opened on 5/26 for my cat. This is a critical, time sensitive medication. Through the automated phone process I was advised that the prescription had run out of refills and, again through the automated system, I had given approval for the pharmacist to request a new script from our veterinarian. It has been more than a year since we have been using the pharmacy at Hannafords. We switched after some of the worst experiences you can imagine at another pharmacy and we are absolutely thrilled with the service we receive from every staff member at Hannafords. Not only do they treat us with a smile and respect, but they always offer to make getting refills easy. If you are unhappy elsewhere, you must try them!
I switched to Hannaford Pharmacy after a horrific experience with a competitor. I have been very pleased with the people who work there and the service. They have been extremely helpful, and pleasant to work with.
