Wow. Totally unapologetic and lack of understanding from not only the technician but the manager Cassie as well. I understand there are strict rules with benzodiazepines, that isn’t my problem.. it’s the absence of respect for your customer that’s trying explain confusion with a brand new problem they’ve never run into before. This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever seen experienced. The staff is so friendly and personable. They will remember your name and treat you as if you have been friends for years. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the surrounding area🙂💯 CVS WAS TERRIBLE and couldn’t seem to get anything right, not even a half of smile.
I was motivated to write this review by 3 things. First of all, there has been a lot of news lately regarding pharmacies - walkouts/protests, financial struggles, etc. - and that has given me ‘food for thought’. Secondly, this is open enrollment for me, so that serves to enhance my focus on medications. The produce here is terrible. The selection and quality is not there. I usually end up needing to make another stop to get what I need. Everything else is a typical Hannaford.
It’s about a 30 minute drive for me to the pharmacy so I participate in a 3 month interval for pickup. One of my meds was increased by a half of tablet and the pharmacy just couldn’t seem to get the count correct for me, causing me multiple trips to complete my prescriptions. Very frustrating.
