Hannaford's is a company that still believes in Customer Service. We've used their delivery service for years. If there is ever any question of quality or performance their OmniChannel Service Center will make it right...be assured. We do hold the bar high and Hannaford's exceeds!"
Hannaford at N. Windham has been reorganizing for over a month. It's impossible to find products quickly. Shopping takes twice as long. The Hannaford computer system isn't working properly lately and the offered coupons are not getting deducted from the purchase at checkout. Customer service at the self-checkout is nonexistent on the weekends and when you complain to the manager you get yes-ed to death which makes me think no one really cares.
The managers are not as smart as most of the checkers at. UHC gives out money every month if you are disabled on Medicare or Medicaid. They are behind in distributing their cards this month. UHC gave me the card number and what I needed to make a purchase. I went on Monday and bought some groceries and the checker knew how to enter the number, I paid the difference and got my receipt.
