She's truly wonderful; so friendly and skilled, far exceeding other salons I've visited. This is my favorite.
This was the worst experience. My first red flag should have been that I called for an appointment and she asked me to just come in and wait. I am not picky about my haircuts. I don’t have a designated hairstylist. It’s just hair and it grows, but I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she didn’t even bother to take 5 minutes to look at the image and try to emulate it in any way. Looking for a haircut one afternoon and another stylist suggested I see Hanna, as she was closed. Haven't looked back. Have had several cuts with Hanna. Most of the time I am very happy, and have not ever been totally disappointed as I have with some barbers. Fast, no frills, unless you ask, ie shampoo. Her fee is very conservative. Always leave a generous TIP!
