I hired Hanna to take photos for two hours for our wedding ceremony in October 2024. She did not respond to my emails or calls and didn’t provide the photos until three months after the wedding. We hired Hanna Marie to take photos at our wedding ceremony for two hours in October. She was nice the day of the wedding and seemed to be taking great photos. Fast forward three months later, and she hasn’t replied to a single text, call, or email I’ve sent asking about a timeline for the photos to be complete. Hanna is the best! I use her multiple times a year. Pictures are always bright and perfect!
Being completely honest, the photos are amazing. My issue was purely with the lack of communication. If you go with them for your photos I would suggest asking for everything in a physical form such as usb and keep track of how long things are taking yourself as well. I would also suggest that you continue to follow up as some things were not communicated well through contracts, emails, texts and website changes.
