Really have felt supported by my therapist here
Hanna is excellent at listening, & being receptive. She takes time to hear what is going on with her patients, & allows them the safe space to feel what they are feeling. One of the things that she has told me repeatedly is that I am the only one who truly knows how I am feeling, & what I am experiencing. Her job is not to tell what I am feeling, or experience, just to help me express these things, & to find healthy ways out for release, as well as finding ways to heal.
