I just called to see if they are accepting new patients because it says they are 'accepting new patients' on their website and the receptionist very rudely said they are not and acted like she didn't know what Regence insurance is....

My family and I have not had a good experience with this clinic. The nurses and the receptionists are generally great and I have had no problems with them. However, I have had some issues with Dr. Lee. I have felt that he has time and time again brushed off my family and I's medical conditions and just prescribed us general medicine instead of actually looking into our condition.
