Amazing experience. From the moment you walk through the door, they are so kind and welcoming. You feel a sense of comfort and Dr. Hanley is very knowledgeable and caring.
Went for a skin check. One mole was excised for a biopsy-ended up becoming infected and took weeks to heal. Also they demanded I pay my insurance deductible up front and it turned out they weren’t entitled to it. Took weeks to get a refund and they weren’t entitled not gracious about it at all. Will never go there again. Staff is super uncooperative!
Dr. Hanley and all of his staff were wonderful. They epitomize the true art of caring. Marissa and Kim were exceptional.
This is one impressive and attentive doctor! And he is from Ohio, you can not ask for more than that!! You feel like he is truly there to help you!
