I’m following up on my previous experience and about my new appointment. Rachel absolutely championed this one again. I wanted to get my transmission fluid changed, and even though I was about to do it myself, decided to have Hanlees do the labor with the fluid I already bought last year. I needed a CV axle changed, and Rachel helped me with my insurance company, so in less than a day we went from finding the issue to having it fixed WITH the insurance coverage.
